In the given facts and circumstances, this application is disposed off.

In case, the investigation of the case is not completed within a reasonable time, the informant Bank would be obliged to take appropriate steps to take up the matter with the Investigating Agency and with the learned Magistrate in whose jurisdiction the case will be pending for appropriate direction so that the entire investigation will be completed within a reasonable period.
