The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25-06-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38299 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 253 of 2017.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to mistake, in the last paragraph of order dated 25-06-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38299 of 2019, "to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Patna" has been typed in place of "learned A.C.J.M.-II, Danapur".

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 25-06-2019 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45894 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 38299 of 2019 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of the order "to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Patna" be read as "learned A.C.J.M.-II, Danapur". The rest of the conditions will remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 25-06-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38299 of 2019.

The order dated 25-06-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38299 of 2019 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
