JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The police party went to arrest the petitioner in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.107 of 2015, but petitioner raised alarm which attracted other accused who attacked on the police party and got released the petitioner from the custody of the police party.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
