JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.12.2014 on the accusation that he entered into the house of the informant and made attempt to commit rape on informant's minor niece. It would appear from the First Information Report that at the time of alleged occurrence, petitioner was aged about between 18 to 19 years. The investigation of this case has already been completed. Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Udakishunganj in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 166 of 2013.
