2. In view of this Court's order dated 10.10.2023, the State has given affiliation to the concerned college from 20232026 and 2024-2027 but the State has not given affiliation regarding years 2017 to 2022.

Considering the above-mentioned fact, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 2 along with all supporting documents within a period of four weeks and the respondent no. 2 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within ten weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that the respondent no.2 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
