1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that the petitioners have confined their prayer to the extent of grant of aid to the petitioners' school for imparting education to the students under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2019, to
Patna High Court CWJC No.12460 of 2022(3) dt.30-01-2024 2/3 the extent of 25% quota and further for grant of scholarship to the students studying in the schools for the purpose of providing school dress.

Learned counsel for the petitioners proposes to file a detailed representation in this regard before the Director, Primary Education, Patna, raising their grievances inasmuch as according to the petitioners, the petitioners' schools have been recognized by the State Government as "Government Aided School" under Serva Siksha Abhiyaan.
4. Learned counsel next submits that the petitioners' school have provided education to the poor students up to Class VIII, but the expenses incurred upon the students have not yet been reimbursed by the State Government.
5. Learned counsel for the State have no objection if a representation is filed by the petitioners in this regard.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of prayer, the present writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioners to file a representation before the Director, Primary Education, Patna, regarding aforesaid grievances and if such a representation is filed within a period of one month
Patna High Court CWJC No.12460 of 2022(3) dt.30-01-2024 3/3 from today, the Director, Primary Education, Patna, is directed to consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of two months from the date of receipt/production of the representation.
7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed.
