The petitioner seeks bail in Bounsi P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Later on charge-sheet was submitted under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners and others are named in the FIR and alleged to have assaulted the informant.

It is submitted that there is a counter version. Bounsi P.S. Case no. 180 of 2014 was lodged from the side of the petitioner. Many persons were injured. The post-mortem report shows that the deceased got one injury on knee and other injury on head. There was fracture on left temporal bone. Five persons

It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely Kuldeep Manjhi has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. no. 9222 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction to the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Banka in connection with Baunsi P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
