29.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
The Petitioner seeks bail in Maner P.S. Case No. 291 of 2014 registered under Sections 363 and 365/34 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna. Considering the merits of the case the Petitioner was refused bail, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
The Magistrate concerned is directed to immediately commit the case to the Court of Sessions if he has not done so. After the commitment of the case, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21721 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 any party and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Patna, and the Sr.
Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
