Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 4.12.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ravi Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Jandaha P.S. Case no. 175/2014.
