2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent authorities especially to Respondent No. 03, the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Sasaram, Rohtas, to determine the rent against the petitioner's land Khesra No. New 72/Old 55 Area One Bigha (62 1⁄2 Decimal) and Khesra No. New123/Old 116, Area Six Bigha, total Seven Bigha, whose title and possession has already

3. It is unfortunate that for conclusion of Rent Fixation Case No.01 of 2024-25, the petitioner has to move before this Court.

4. Learned State counsel submits that appropriate communication shall be made to the respondent no.3, the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Sasaram, Rohtas who will take the matter to its logical conclusion.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no.3, the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Rohtas at Sasaram to take up the matter, hear all the parties and pass a reasoned order by 31st December, 2025. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U
