JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The husband of the informant came to his house in an intoxicating condition and started quarrel with the informant. In the meantime, co-accused Raju Ram came there and tried to pacify the matter but the deceased became angry and started quarreling with co-accused Raju Ram. Thereafter, petitioner and others also went there and started assaulting the deceased with fists and slaps. However, co-accused Guriya devi gave a dagger to the co-accused Raju Ram, who gave several dagger blows to the deceased, as a result of which deceased died. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and particularly keeping in mind that it was co-accused Raju Ram, who gave dagger blows to the

No.12412 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 deceased, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Session trial no. 476 of 2015 arising out of Bihar P.S.Case No.421 of 2015.
