The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 131 of 2021 (G.R. No. 650 of 2021) registered under Sections 272, 273, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Further submission is that none of the vehicles from where the alleged recovery has been made belongs to the petitioner, as is evident from the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has no criminal history.

Case No. 131 of 2021 (G.R. No. 650 of 2021), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
