Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects within four weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, office will place the matter before the Bench.
This restoration application has been filed for restoring Cr. Misc. No.9615 of 2020 to its original file. Finding the ground taken by the petitioner in this restoration application sufficient for restoring the aforesaid application and in the interest of justice, this restoration application is, accordingly, allowed and Cr. Misc. No.9615 of 2020 is restored to its original file.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to add the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46141 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 informant as O.P. no.2 in course of the day.
Issue notice to the newly added O.P. no.2 under both process i.e. registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process, for which requisites etc. must be filed within one week, failing which this appeal shall stand rejected against O.P. no.2 without further reference to a Bench.
List this case after appearance of O.P. no.2 or on valid service of notice, whichever may be earlier.
Meanwhile, no-coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.158 of 2019, pending in the court of learned J.M.1st Class, UdaKishunganj, Madhepura. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) shikha/- U T
