JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 03-03-2015 on the accusation that beef was recovered from his possession but admittedly, the seized material was not sent for chemical examination. Moreover, the claim of the petitioner is that he has valid licence for selling the meat including the beef.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22896 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 Mahua P.S. Case No. 106 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazipur.
