Initially, the case was registered under Sections279/304A of the Indian Penal Code but later on, Sections-302, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code was also added on the ground that in course of investigation, the informant disclosed that there was serious land dispute between him and the petitioner and the petitioner got hired the vehicle and got murdered the deceased. It appears to me that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 09-02-2015.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19491 of 2015 (3) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 203 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
