Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 143 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399,402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation of recovery of country-made pistol from the petitioner and apart from that it appears that he is accused in nine other cases.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case there is only recovery of Pistol. He is in custody since 13.07.2016.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50293 of 2019(5) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No 143 of 2016, subject to condition that he has to appear before the local police station of the area in second week of each month for a period within Nine months so that the police may watch his activities, and if he is found actively involved in such type of cases in future, prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of bail bond.
