JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that except confessional statement of coaccused and criminal antecedent of one case, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 22.10.2015.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12907 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 229 of 2015.
