The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.08.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No.27773 of 2014 with following observations :- "The learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Arrah before whom the case is pending, is directed to frame charges forthwith and proceed with the trial expeditiously. In case the trial is not concluded within a period of six months from the date of framing of charges, the petitioner would be at liberty to move for bail."

The charges were framed on 19th September, 2014 and till date no witness has been examined in course of trial. Regard being had to the observations made in the aforementioned order dated 29.08.2014, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Arrah in connection with Azimabad P.S.
