Petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No.69 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307, 506/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner caused firearm injury with country made pistol in the knee of left leg of the informant.

Injury report of the informant is enclosed as Annexure-2 from which it appears that doctor has found simple injury.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that injury has not been caused on any vital part of the body. There is only single injury on the person of informant.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No.69 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
