JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 By this application filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 10.03.2015 passed by the learned Additional Chief judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Bihta P.S.Case No.14 of 2015, by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the Witchcraft Act against the petitioners.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of
