In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Guthni P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, later on Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

Earlier, some altercation has taken place between the parties, later on, the accused persons came and assaulted the informant side. Specific allegation has been made against the petitioner to have caused injury by Farsa.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46160 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within three weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order on the same day without being influenced by the order of this Court.
