2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of a writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions commanding the respondents concerned to dispose off the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11219 of 2023(4) dt.20-11-2025 2/2 departmental proceeding no.01/2022 which is initiated on an anonimous letter of a private person without following the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005 and Bihar Framing of Articles of charges against Government Servants Regulation, 2017 for which the earlier enquiry conducting officer refused to initiate enquiry due to latches on the part of department before initiating departmental proceeding and it is also for further direction to the respondents to pay difference of salary for the period to which he was suspended and/or be pleased to pass any such other relief or reliefs which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief prayed for in the instant application having become infructuous during pendency of the case, he seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
