The petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No. 65/92, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioners and other accused persons dragged her husband by the side of railway line and assaulted him with stones. They also assaulted the informant with bricks which caused injury to her. The informant named the accused persons who assaulted with bricks and stones. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail. Petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8577 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 are in jail since 13.08.2014 and 1.09.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case no. 65/92.
