The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ order/ direction to the respondent authorities to consider and appoint the petitioner against any of the post of 4th grade on compassionate ground, as the petitioner has the qualification of Matriculation/Secondary passed.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Respondent No.6, in para 8 of which it is stated that, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11077 of 2024(3) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 application of the petitioner has been arranged according to chronological order from death of the deceased employees and, accordingly, the name of the petitioner has been placed at serial No.42 in the list of Banka Zila Parshad. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Respondent No.6 that according to the facts brought on record by the respondent the application of petitioner is under process and she would be appointed according to chronological data of the list and it is apparent from the list of appointed candidates vide memo no. 1053 dated 11.12.2023, total 16 candidates have been appointed on compassionate ground from the entire list prepared by the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Banka. It is further submitted that according to list prepared by the District Compassionate Committee, Banka, the name of the petitioner is under process for appointment and would be appointed as per seriatim.

4. Considering the above-made submissions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
