This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is nothing against the petitioner except the confessional statement. Learned counsel for the State does not controvert the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Sessions Case No. 72 of 2013/4983/14 arising out of Bhagwanpur P. S. Case No. 09 of 2012.
