ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 29-11-2024 It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the order of this Court, the authorities have considered the representation made by the petitioner and have passed an order dated 03.08.2024 admitting the claim of the petitioner for an amount of Rs. 5,82,610.00/- out of the total due amount of Rs. 23,07,136.00/- sought by the petitioner. Thereafter, the authorities have again passed an order dated 16.11.2024. Learned counsel has stated that even the amount of Rs. 5,82,610.00/- has not been paid to the petitioner till date.

2. Having regard to the above mentioned submissions,

Patna High Court MJC No.2234 of 2024(7) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 the present contempt is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 03.08.2024 and 16.11.2024 within a period of six weeks.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation/appeal from the petitioner. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

4. In the meanwhile, the authorities are expected to pay the admitted amount of Rs. 5,82,610.00/- without fail.

5. Having regard to the same, this contempt petition is closed.
