2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a)/32(3) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per F.I.R., 360 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from a Creta vehicle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized car and has got no concern with the aforesaid recovery. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of petitioner and has been implicated in this case only on suspicion.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise - II, Siwan in connection with Siwan Excise P.S. Case No. 276 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
