The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which has already been rejected by order dated 14.07.2014 vide Cr. Misc. No. 17133 of 2014 on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody for about two years and up till now the trial has not been concluded, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes. Considering that the petitioner is the main assailant and the trial is going on and as such at this stage this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and therefore again prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with S.Tr. No. 1009 of 2013 arising out of Bounsi P.S. Case No. 26 of 2013 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Banka. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the
