JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.02.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.5447/2015 by which bail has been granted to the petitioner after framing of charge in Dumra P.S. Case No.285 of 2014.

It is submitted that there is a large number of accused and there has been no progress in the case and in similar facts and circumstances, co-accused Anil Kumar Verma has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.5925 of 2015 by a coordinate Bench of this Court without the condition of after framing of charge. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the word "after framing of charge" is deleted/modified. To this extent, the order dated 10.02.2015 is modified. This petition stands disposed of.
