1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application by petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandmus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction commanding Respondents authorities for consideration of transfer of petitioner from her present post of posting on the post of Grade 'A' Nurse at Darbhanga, Medical college and Hospital who the Town Hospital, Saharsa, which is her home district where her husband was posted as Ayush doctor and

Patna High Court CWJC No.10898 of 2023(2) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 living there with two minor daughters of petitioner her husband and the petitioner is living single at Darbhanga due to which she has to face various problem and also on the ground of mutual transfer with Respondent no 6."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director-in-Chief (Nursing), Health Services, Bihar, Patna, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Director-inChief (Nursing), Health Services, Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
