The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 11.6.2014. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than a year, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sabour P.S.Case No. 156/14.
