JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 This matter has come up under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner for some corrections in the order dated 27.04.2016. In the order dated 27.04.2016, at paragraph no. 2, the first line, be read as „languishing in custody‟ instead of „apprehending his arrest‟.

Similarly at paragraph no. 6, in second and third lines the words 'in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks' and in eighth and ninth lines, the words 'subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure' be deleted.
