Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bettiah Mufassil (Banu8chhapar) P.S. Case No. 75 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 468, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Earlier the work could not be completed within time due to the hurdles created by local Mukhiya and his henchmen. As a matter of fact, by now the work is complete and the remaining amount has been returned back as as evident from the enquiry report called for by this Court. The

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing of her personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Mufassil (Banuchhapar) P.S. Case No. 75 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
