The petitioner seeks bail in Bochchan P.S. Case No. 322 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner wanted to cheat the informant by giving her a bundle which contains one currency of Rs. 500/- including plain papers. Considering the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 09.12.2014, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Divya Vashishtha, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur
