The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 138 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 457 and 354A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner under the provisions of POCSO Act and age of the minor girl, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail
