JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections-25(iB)A/26(ii),35 of the Arms Act. Petitioners were caught along with others and only mobile sets are said to have been recovered from their respective possession. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and single mobile set is said to have been recovered from possession of each petitioner.
Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11318 of 2016 (2) dt.14-03-2016 thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur.
