Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections-25(iB)A/26(ii),35 of the Arms Act. Petitioners were caught along with others and only mobile sets are said to have been recovered from their respective possession. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and single mobile set is said to have been recovered from possession of each petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
