The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that her granddaughter was missing from his house. He received a call on his telephone and the caller Ravi Kumar @ Bittu disclosed that he kidnapped his granddaughter and married with her.

It is submitted that the victim is a major girl. She made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. She disclosed that Bittu took her to Jamalpur from her maternal house on 23.2.2015 but Bittu did not do any evil act with her.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20717 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Belhar (Khesar) P.S.Case No. 27 of 2015.
