Petitioners seek bail in Mejorganj P.S. Case No.92 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 57.600 litres Nepali Saufi liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioners. Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are in custody since 06.06.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners,

No.45994 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No.92 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
