The petitioner seeks bail in Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the wife of the deceased. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. The dead body of the deceased was found in the field of Vijay Singh. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, she above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge II, Samastipur in Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014.
