Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners happen to be in-laws of the deceased who died within three years of her marriage due to burn injuries There is accusation that the deceased was subjected to cruelty and harassment due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that deceased committed suicide due to trivial family feud and moreover, charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioners and their further detention is not warranted because there is nothing on record to show that release of the petitioners would temper the evidence of the prosecution.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as
