This application has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to publish the result of the examination of the petitioner for the Session 1987-89 of Primary Teacher Training, which according to her, was held in the year 1991 by Bihar School Examination Board. My attention is being drawn to an order dated 09.11.2009, passed by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 1123 of 2009, operative portion of which reads thus:- "The applicant herein seeks declaration of results from 1987-89 to 1995-97 by way of this application. We are told that during this period, there was recognition to the college but later it was withdrawn by the authorities. Learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.9097 of 2018(2) dt.13-08-2018 2/2 counsel for the respondent submits that the records for the years 1987-89 are not available with the Board, the students herein would be at liberty to take appropriate steps regarding the declaration of their results. However, from 1989 to 1995-1997, depending upon the availability of records, their results would be declared by the Board.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is also student of Khwaja Sahid Hussain Primary Teacher Training College, Nista, Katihar, which had approached the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 1123 of 2009.

4. It is the claim of the petitioner that though she approached the Bihar School Examination Board several times, her grievance has not been heeded to by the Board. It appears from the pleadings that for the first time, the petitioner claims to have filed her representation before the Board on 05.04.2010. This application has been filed nearly eight years thereafter.

5. On the ground of delay and latches, this application cannot be entertained and is, accordingly, dismissed. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) arun/- U
