Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks confirmation of bail in connection with Case No.- 213c2 of 2021 lodged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Amendment Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 20.04.2022, provisional bail has been granted to him imposing a condition upon him that he shall file an affidavit giving details of the owner of the vehicle as to how he is connected with illicit trade of liquor, name of person for whom the petitioner was working and where liquor was to be

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a supplementary affidavit in compliance of the provisional bail vide order dated 20.06.2022.

In the above mentioned facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the provisional bail is hereby confirmed.
