JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be dewar of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 31.10.2015 in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that in course of investigation, some witnesses stated before the I.O that deceased had committed suicide by hanging herself. Moreover, after due investigation, police submitted charge sheet under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be
