JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 137 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 302/307/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is a lady and sister-in-law (Gotani) of the informant and as per the F.I.R. a large number of persons has fired on the deceased but the petitioner is not one of them. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and closely related to the informant, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
