2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Goraul P.S Case No. 80 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per First Information Report, one live cartridge recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 19.02.2025.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46901 of 2025(2) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order, it appears that one liver cartridge were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also appears that there are three criminal antecedent against the petitioner, in one case his is acquitted and one case he is on bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM-1, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S Case No. 80 of 2025, subject to the condition that petitioner shall remain present physically each and every dated fixed by the trial Court till conclusion of the trial.
