The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr.W.J.C. No.1038 of 2015 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 24.2.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he had gone to Delhi for treatment and, as such, the case could not be marked and remained unattended and it was dismissed due to nonprosecution.
