The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 25.2.2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Gopalganj, in Criminal Appeal No. 19 of 2015 upholding the order dated 24.12.2014 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) Gopalganj, in J.E. Case No. 134 of 2014.

In view of the conduct of the Petitioner of having absconded from the Remand Home and five other cases pending against him, I am not inclined to interfere in the order dated 25.2.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Gopalganj, in Cr. Apeal No. 19 of 2015.

The application stands dismissed.
