The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the petitioner that he set ablaze the deceased after pouring Kerosene Oil. It is submitted that the petitioner took the victim to hospital for treatment. In view of the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
