2. The petitioners are in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(5) of the BNS.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, the petitioners took away Rs.1.5 lac from the cash counter of CSC PNB Brach, Goraul (Vaishali).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that the petitioners are not named in the FIR and no incriminating articles have been recovered from their conscious possession and also that there is no specific allegation made against them. Petitioners are in custody since 19.02.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the fact that there are no incriminating articles have been recovered from their possession so, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.77 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall remain physically present on each and every date before the learned trial Court.
