JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in jail since 27.07.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 504, 506 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant. The informant has also filed a case being Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 643 of 2014 in which the petitioner is on bail. The investigation has already concluded.

Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13111 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 255 of 2015.
